The following terms and conditions need to be agreed upon by all persons that are guests of the Scrappin’ Pad.

Scrappin’ Pad Policies

 

Deposit required to secure spots for weekend scrapbooking/crafting retreats:

 

After checking the calendar of availability and deciding on the dates you would like to plan your retreat, please contact Christi at 918-453-8166 or 918-478-3473 or christi@scrappinpad.com, and let me know how many will be in your group and the names of each person.  I will reply to confirm that I have received your request within 3 business days. 

 

From the day the confirmation is made, 3 weeks will be allowed for each person in your group to pay a $50 deposit.  After 3 weeks, if deposits are not received, the spots will be opened to other guests.

 

Guests can pay their deposit individually, or the group coordinator can collect and give one payment.  You're always welcome to pay the full balances in advance.

Balances for Weekend Retreats Due 30 Days Prior to Retreat:

 

All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. Payments in full, but then canceled less than 30 days of your retreat cannot be refunded, but can be applied to a future retreat date only if a replacement can be found.

 

If a deposit is made with a credit card, then the balance will automatically be charged to the same card 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat date unless other arrangements have been made. 

 

Payment for weeknight or weekend single night stays:

Full payment is due to reserve at time of reservation.

 

Inclement Weather Policy:

 

If travel is not advised due to snow or ice between your location and Tahlequah on the day you are scheduled to check in, your full balance will be transferred to another available weekend of your choice. Travel advisories will be reviewed on the following website:  https://www.ok.gov/notifications/index.php 

 

If there is only a light dusting of snow, and the website listed above does not advise against traveling, no balance transfer will occur, and you forfeit all money paid. Inclement weather balance transfers will only take place one time and must be used within 6 months from the day of the inclement weather cancellation. Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the Scrappin’ Pad owner.

 

Cancellations:

 

Reservations cancelled before 30 days of the retreat are eligible for a full refund of any money paid.

 

If you cancel your weekend with less than 30 days notice, you forfeit all money paid unless a replacement can be found. If a replacement is found, any money paid can be applied to a future retreat date, but not refunded.  Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of the Scrappin’ Pad owner.

 

Other Items:

 

We at the Scrappin’ Pad kindly request that there be no “bed hopping” please!  At the time of check in sleeping arrangements will be designated or chosen.  If all beds are not reserved, moving from the designated bed to another unused bed will result in an additional $40 charge.

 

Minor Repairs/Accidents
Please let us know right away if you have any problems with the plumbing, air conditioning,  heaters, or appliances.

 

In the event something gets broken, please contact us so it can be taken care of. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to property, the house, and its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately.

 

If you are attending a non-hosted retreat weekend, we ask that all dishes be washed and all trash sacked prior to your departure. Sacked trash can be placed in the utility room or in the large garbage can directly outside the side entrance of the house, and the housekeeper will remove it from the house after your departure. 

 

The housekeeper will also wash all towels, washcloths, and hand towels, which are provided for each guest. Your designated bundle of towels, etc. can been found on your bed when you check in.  At the end of your stay, towels, etc. can be placed in the laundry hamper in either bathroom.

 

The Scrappin' Pad and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

No pets are allowed at the Scrappin' Pad.

  No smoking allowed inside the Scrappin' Pad.
