
Deposit Required to Secure Spots:
After checking the calendar of availability and deciding on the dates you would like to plan your retreat, please contact Christi at 918-453-8166 or christi@scrappinpad.com, and let me know how many will be in your group and the names of each person. I will reply to confirm that I have received your request within 2 business days. From the day the confirmation is made, 2 weeks will be allowed for each person in your group to pay a $50 deposit. After 2 weeks, if deposits are not received, the spots will be opened to other guests.
Each person can pay their deposit individually, or the group coordinator can give one payment. You're always welcome to pay the full balances in advance.
Checks can be made payable to Scrappin’ Pad. Our address is 13769 S. Highway 62, Tahlequah, OK 74464.
MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.

Balances Due 30 Days Prior to Retreat:
All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full, but then canceled less than 30 days of your retreat cannot be refunded, but can be applied to a future retreat date only if a replacement can be found.
