
Weekend Retreat Rates
"The Pad" New Rates and features beginning September 9th, 2011
New retreat features, changes, and rates beginning September 9th, 2011:
The Pad will change from accommodating 12 guests to 9 guests- No more bunk beds!!! All Thursday nights free with a weekend booking!
The living room will remain as it is.
The dining room will remain as it is.
Bedrooms:
"Grammy’s Garden" will have 2 single beds as it does now.
"Mikhael’s Memories Room" will remain decorated as it is, but will have 3 single beds instead of 2 sets of bunk beds.
"Addie’s Slumber Party Room" will remain decorated as it is, but will have 4 single instead of 2 single beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bathroom adjoining Addie's room.
There is another full bathroom in the hallway.
All bedding, towels, hand towels, washcloths will be provided.
Crop Room:
The crop room will have nine 6-foot tables with comfy chairs, added lighting, a wastebasket, and a cup holder at each table. Tons more room to crop!!!
The computer, wi-fi, and brand new wide-format printer will remain at the Pad. All equipment that is at the Pad now will remain there. (see website for list of equipment)
Food and Drinks:
The water cooler in the kitchen will remain.
Unlimited soft drinks and snacks will continue to be provided
The Pad is a hosted retreat location.
5 meals will still be available at the Pad for an additional $55, but at least 6 guests must purchase meals in order for them to be provided. The meals are dinner Friday evening, 3 meals on Saturday, then brunch on Sunday. A hostess will prepare, serve, and clean up after each meal.
Rates beginning September 9th, 2011:
All Thursdays are now FREE at the Pad!
Free “coordinator” spots… Book a full group of 9, and the coordinator stays free (excluding meal costs)
Thursday-Saturday:
(Two-night minimum stay
required on weekends)
Price to check in as early as you want on Thursday and check out by 4pm Sunday192.49 plus tax (6.5% tax) = 205.00 per person.
(Minimum of 6 guests required for meals to be provided)
If meals provided, add $55 = $260 per person.
When a date is chosen for booking, please contact Christi at christi@scrappinpad.com or call 918-453-8166. Once the date is confirmed, the spots will be held for 3 weeks in order to secure the spots with a $50 deposit per person.
The remaining balance of $155 (without meals) or $210 (with meals) will be due 30 days before the retreat date.
If a deposit is made with a credit card, then the balance will automatically be charged to the same card 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat date unless other arrangements have been made.
Monday-Wednesday:

Food Provided
Meals will be available on a request basis at $10 per person per meal.
