Inclement Weather Policy:
If travel is not advised due to snow or ice between your location and Kaw City on the day you are scheduled to check in, your full balance will be transferred to another available weekend of your choice. Travel advisories will be reviewed on the following website: https://www.ok.gov/notifications/index.php
If there is only a light dusting of snow and the website listed above does not advise against traveling, no balance transfer will occur, and you forfeit all monies paid. Inclement weather balance transfers will only take place one time and must be used within 6 months from the day of the inclement weather cancellation. Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of The Scrappin’ Pad owner.
Deposits are non refundable. In the event you cannot attend your retreat date, your deposit can be moved to a future date within a 12 month period. If you cancel your weekend with less than a 30-day notice, you forfeit all money paid unless a replacement can be found. If a replacement cannot be found, any money paid can be applied to a future retreat date but not refunded. Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of The Scrappin’ Pad owner.
